HONOLULU — President Barack Obama gave his standard fundraiser speech Monday morning, but threw in a few Hawaiian twists, even suggesting that he might not be able to make it back at the end of December for his annual Christmas vacation in his home state if Congress doesn’t wrap up its work on time.
